Today Dave took Cedar to Popson Park. I twisted my knee in a gopher hole on Tuesday so stayed home on the couch. The prairie winter here is pretty drab: brown grass, grey trees, grey sky, and a grey river in the background with white ice pans floating in it. But Cedar doesn't mind - as long as she's outside!
"The grass crocodile is a rare creature that emerges into the open only when a round object with red rim is thrown in its direction. Its jaw opens widely in frustration as it fails to catch the object."

Then up for the 'money shot'. What a camera Ho... |
After this last spectacular miss - notice she has her (red) eyes on the frisbee even as she lands! - it was time to go home.
**NOTE: No dogs were harmed in the shooting of these photographs. Cedar's a max of 1ft off the ground - she jumps higher (from a stationary sit) when she's trying to grab the toy out of my hands!
